About Us

Location
Baranduda Primary School is located in Verbena St, Baranduda, approximately 10kms from Wodonga Central. The school has a proud history of over 130 years. Baranduda is a “neighbourhood school” in a tight knit community, drawing students from the Baranduda residential area and the broader surrounding district adjacent to the City of Wodonga. The school operates composite classes that commit to progress in Literacy and Numeracy within an engaging learning environment. The community has high expectations of its school and the school has high expectations for its learners. Teachers are dedicated to successful outcomes for every child, employing a range of strategies to ensure challenge and support is provided. The school actively seeks to develop the professional capacity of its staff and the quality of it’s curriculum.

School Facilities
The school site is an attractive learning environment, situated in a rural setting with ample grounds. There is a modern Multi Purpose Room, Library/ Information Technology Centre, Art Room, Amphitheatre and composite leveled classrooms.
